#ThirstyThursday: Lilikoi Daiquiri

If you want to enjoy fruit like a local, you gotta enjoy some lilikoi or passion fruit.

The sweet, yet tangy exotic fruit, will awaken your taste buds and is sure to delight.

It’s also packed with antioxidants, flavonoids, vitamin A, vitamin C, riboflavin, niacin, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, fiber, and protein.

So what are you waiting for? Bring some passion to your cup with our Lilikoi Daiquiri recipe.

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ shots Naked Turtle Rum
- 1 shot lilikoi puree
- 2 oz. Sweet & Sour
- A dash of rock candy liquid sugar
- 2 scoops of ice

Combine all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
Pour into your favorite glass, garnish with a cherry and lime, sip and smile.

Don’t have lilikoi or passion fruit? Substitute the puree of your favorite fruit like strawberries or watermelon to create your own delicious daiquiri at home.

Not staying at Turtle Bay Resort right now? No worries! You can still have a taste of paradise by enjoying our legendary Pina Colada wherever you are.

Get ready to share paradise in a glass with your friends, this recipe makes a gallon of our special Pina colada mix!

PINA COLADA MIXTURE INGREDIENTS (Makes 1 gallon):

- 15 oz of pineapple juice
- 15 oz of coconut cream
- 1 quart of Half & Half

OTHER INGREDIENTS
- Ice
- Hana Bay White Rum

#THIRSTYTHURSDAY: PINEAPPLE MOJITO

In honor of St. Patrick's Day we are sharing our guest favorite Pineapple Mojito from The Point: Sunset & Pool Bar. If you can’t wait until your next Turtle Bay getaway, you can now make it at home!

INGREDIENTS

1 ¼ oz Cruzan Pineapple Rum

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

2 oz Pineapple Juice

½ oz Agave Nectar

½ oz Fresh Crushed Pineapple

Hanful of Fresh Mint Leaves (save a few for your garnish)

Splash of Soda Water

Ice

LET THE FUN BEGIN

Pour all the ingredients (minus the soda water) into a shaker cup and shake vigorously. Pour over ice, top with a splash of soda water, and garnish with a slice of pineapple and mint leaves.

Now hold it proudly so you don’t get pinched!
