We are closely monitoring government instructions and guidance in order to identify a reopen date. As such, we are now accepting reservations for stays beginning June 2, 2021 and onward. View the full Hawaii quarantine regulation here.
As of December 4, 2020, we have made the following adjustments to our cancellation policies:
Existing Bookings:
- For stays through 05/31/2021 – Guests who have pre-paid for their stay and have booked directly through the resort will receive a full refund for their reservation. Refunds may take up to 10 days to process, so we ask for your patience and understanding.
- For stays from 06/01/2021 on – The normal cancellation policy stands. No penalty if the reservation is canceled prior to (14) days of your arrival. For reservations canceled within (14) days, the penalty will be the full stay. Special holiday and year-end policies remain as originally stated. Please refer to your confirmation for details.
New Bookings:
- Normal (14) day cancelation policy remains in effect for all new bookings. Special holiday and year end policies differ and are subject to change.
