To make being a part of Golf Plus even easier, we've created Frequently Asked Questions list along with helpful answers.
Q: How do I book a tee time?
A: You can call the golf shop at 808-293-8574 at or book online though our booking engine. The first time you try to reserve a tee time, you'll be prompted to enter an email address as well as a password. Please use the email address provided at registration, and 123 as the default password. This may be changed once in the system. Once you have the username and password as you'd like them, be sure to click "Remember" when you log in and you shouldn't have to do this every time.
Q: How do I pay for Golf Plus?
You can purchase a membership online by clicking the “purchase now” button on the Golf Plus page or you can sign up in person on your next visit to Turtle Bay.
Q: Is my GHIN handicap still included in my Golf Plus membership?
A: Because a majority of our Golf Plus members were not utilizing the GHIN handicap in the past, we have chosen to instead make this an option of the program (thereby saving all enrollees the additional cost). If a handicap is important to you, you may use $20 of the $35 gift card offered as part of the program to enroll. To do this, simply speak with the Golf Shop staff.
Q: How do I sign up for an event?
A: Signing up for an event is easy. Simply go to the Events page and at the end of each event description you'll see "REGISTER HERE". Click that and you'll register online.
Q: How do I get my package?
A: Once you register, your package that includes your free round voucher and gift card will be ready for pick up from the Golf Shop in 7-10 days.
