Nalu (Wave) Therapy
Provided on a specially designed massage table, our signature Nalu treatment mimics the buoyancy of water and the healing rhythm of the ocean. Deep release is achieved through gentle rocking, gliding and kinetic movements. The rotation of the table allows our therapists to enhance techniques such as compressions, stretching and joint release. Please wear loose fitting clothes.

Ashiatsu
Adapted from eastern practices, Ashiatsu utilizes primarily foot pressure to release soft tissue constrictions and improve circulation. In addition to well-trained feet, therapists use their knees, elbows, palms, and fingers to influence acupressure points and meridian lines. This deep massage is appropriate for anyone wishing to release tension in the back, shoulder and neck. Please wear loose fitting clothes.
