Guided Walking Tour to Kahuku Point

Repeats every month on the first Friday
From: 9:00am to 10:30am
Kahuku Shoreline

Guided Walking Tour for all ages.

Join us every first and third Friday for a guided walking tour along the coast to the beautiful Kahuku Point, and discover native species to the North Shore of Oahu. See one of the few remaining intact coastal strand habitats on O'ahu. Start date to be announced soon!

The guided walking tour takes guests from The Guidepost at Turtle Bay Resort out to Kahuku Point, where the expert Tour Guide will point out indigenous birds and marine life, and plants. Guests are given the option of taking along a trash bag to collect trash/plastics along the coastline during their walk, and Turtle Bay Resort will recycle or dispose of the rubbish. Donation of $10 per person for ages 13+ benefits the North Shore Community Land Trust and Kokua Foundation to keep our coasts pollution free.

The walk is approximately two miles round trip, and takes about 1.5 hours. All ages are welcome. Strollers can be accommodated.

Meet your guide at The Guidepost in the lobby. This walk leaves promptly at 9am. Kids 12 and under are free.

Weather permitting.
