Who doesn’t love a margarita? One of the best things about the strong cocktail is that the flavors are endless. The margarita — triple sec, tequila, and lime juice — was created in 1938 in Mexico and is widely considered the official drink of having fun.
At Turtle Bay Resort we have your traditional margarita or you can add some aloha with mango or passion fruit. Of course, we also have strawberry margaritas too.
It’s always 5 o’clock somewhere, so why not make one of our signature Turtle Bay margaritas at home!?
LILIKOI (PASSION FRUIT) MARGARITA
- 1 ¼ shot Tequila
- Dash of Triple Sec
- 3 oz house made fresh lime juice
- 2 oz lilikoi juice Ice
Are you a tequila fan? If so, this just might be your new favorite drink. The latest menu at The Point: Sunset & Pool Bar has several new cocktails for you to taste, including the Aloha Paloma.
The Aloha Paloma is made with smooth Jose Cuervo Especial Tequila Silver and has a refreshing kick that will definitely have you feeling like you are living on island time. The cocktail includes red grapefruit juice that is rich in the powerful flavonoid antioxidant, lycopene. Studies show lycopene protects skin from dangerous UV rays, which is perfect for your plans to hang out poolside or catch some waves.
Get ready to serve up some ALOHA with the Aloha Paloma cocktail at home.
