Get ready to share paradise in a glass with your friends, this recipe makes a gallon of our special Pina colada mix!
PINA COLADA MIXTURE INGREDIENTS (Makes 1 gallon):
- 15 oz of pineapple juice
- 15 oz of coconut cream
- 1 quart of Half & Half
- Hana Bay White Rum
In honor of St. Patrick's Day we are sharing our guest favorite Pineapple Mojito from The Point: Sunset & Pool Bar. If you can’t wait until your next Turtle Bay getaway, you can now make it at home!
1 ¼ oz Cruzan Pineapple Rum
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
½ oz Agave Nectar
½ oz Fresh Crushed Pineapple
Hanful of Fresh Mint Leaves (save a few for your garnish)
Splash of Soda Water
LET THE FUN BEGIN
Pour all the ingredients (minus the soda water) into a shaker cup and shake vigorously. Pour over ice, top with a splash of soda water, and garnish with a slice of pineapple and mint leaves.
Now hold it proudly so you don’t get pinched!

- 4 oz. of Le Grand Courtage Brut Rose
- 1 ½ oz. Gin
- ¼ oz. of Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 ½ oz. Blood Orange Juice – freshly squeezed
-1 bar spoon of simple syrup
- Few dashes Angostura bitters
- Blood Orange Slice for garnish
