We are all hungry for the details about Celebrity Chef Roy Yamaguchi’s latest endeavor, Roy’s Beach House, which is scheduled to open on Turtle Bay Resort’s Bay View Beach later this summer.
Chef Roy hosted a sneak peek of some of the items that will be on his new menu at an intimate gathering May 25th.
“I’m not here to change the world. I’m here to give a great experience for those who want to enjoy the ocean,” Roy told the group. “I love a nice hot dog and hamburger. So we are gonna have a nice hot dog, burger and a Rueben sandwich.”
Roy’s Beach House will include a take-out window where guests can walk up and order hot dogs, sandwiches, hamburgers, salads and even shave-ice.
“It’s my first take-out ever. I’m excited about that. It will be a fun place to be and fun place to hang out.”
Those who don’t want to grab and go can enjoy a seated lunch in his restaurant that features ceiling high glass windows offering gorgeous ocean views from the tables and the bar.

“Yes, we will have the soufflé here for sure,” said Roy’s Beach House General Manager Chris Pirrone with a grin.
