First of all, Pineapple is chock full of several health benefits due to its nutrient content. It contains bromelain, protein, carbohydrates, sugar, and soluble and insoluble dietary fiber. Jalapenos are also packed with health benefits. An average jalapeno contains about 150 mg of potassium which is 7% of the amount you need each day. They also contain magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, iron, manganese, and copper. - 1 1/4 shot of Haven Coconut Rum
- 4 oz. fresh pineapple juice
- 5 fresh jalapeno slices
Spice things up:
1. Muddle the jalapeno slices in the bottom of a glass.
2. Add the Haven Coconut Rum, Pineapple juice and ice.
3. Place a shaker on top of the glass and shake it up.
4. Pour into a glass. Sip and enjoy.
