Paniolo Pāʻina

Paniolo [ pah-nee-oh-loh ] A person who herds cattle; cowboy.

Pāʻina [ pāh'ee-nah ] Meal, dinner, small party with dinner; to eat a pāʻina.

Set against a backdrop of Turtle Bay’s stables and the ocean, these weekly Pāʻina dinners celebrate Hawaii’s rich ranching and cowboy heritage – complete with a pig roast, delicious eats, welcome cocktail, cash bar, live entertainment and fun activities for the keiki.
