Fitness Classes

Let the movement of the ocean inspire you.

You’ll only be more than happy to keep up with your regular fitness routine here. And if you don’t have a program, you just might be motivated to start one. The latest cardiovascular equipment, a wide array of fitness classes in Oahu, and those panoramic ocean views. Choose a group class or get one-on-one instruction. You’ll find all the regulars here—yoga, barre, spin, HIIT—but why not try an incredible sunset yoga meditation?

Mind Body - Core Strength - Core Stability Rhythmic, flowing sets of movements. Increase strength, flexibility and stamina while improving alignment, balance, toning.

Enjoy the epic outdoor views while getting in a great sweat first thing in the morning! No equipment required! This beachside H.I.I.T class focuses on body weight strength-training circuits. You give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercises, followed by short recovery periods.  This will keep your heart rate up, build endurance, improve emotional regulation and increase your overall athletic performance.

A calming, passive yoga practice with longer holds and a heavy emphasis on the breath. Yin style postures focus on building healthy mobility in your body's major joints and connective tissues. Holding postures for multiple rounds of breath allows you to experience a deeper stretch, and cultivate stillness in both your body and mind. Practicing yin yoga in the mornings is a great way to gently wake up and to set the tone for your day.

Group Fitness Classes

If you need the motivation of a schedule, an instructor, and others, join us to get fit and have fun in our group wellness classes. Challenge your core, increase strength, or focus on the mind-body connection with our nationally certified fitness team. Wellness programs include H.I.T.T, TRX Suspension Training, Pilates Reformers, Yoga, Barre, Spin, and more.

Health & Safety

We are welcoming guests to enjoy working out at a limited capacity. At this time there is a limit of 10 guests at one time and reservation times are limited to one hour per guest. Masks must be worn while working out at all times. Guest will be required to reserve their fitness appointment time with the Spa Concierge Team. Please call the Spa Concierge at 6868 (in house) or direct at 808.447.6868.

Masks must be worn while at all times and during Fitness classes inside the movement studio and participants are limited to 10 people indoors.  Outside class attendees are not required to wear masks but we encourage social distance to be maintained.
