Aliʻi Lūʻau

Polynesian Cultural Center

A feast of sight, sound, and taste. Polynesian culture and food have been enmeshed for thousands of years and the lūʻau brings Hawaiian culture to life. A feast fit for a king, because lūʻau's originated with King Kamehameha II’s celebration. Savor stone-fired slow roasted kalua pork, delicate flavors of the poi, and accents of sweet pineapple. Gentle waterfalls, hibiscus blossoms, palms and a meandering lagoon form the backdrop of what the Kahili Awards called "the most authentic lūʻau in Hawaiʻi." And is also arguably the best on Oʻahu.
