Please call (808) 293-7697. Located right on the breathtaking Kuilima Cove, the restaurant is a casual yet upscale alternative for resort guests, residents and visitors. The concept and design for the new 140-seat open-air restaurant are a reflection of Roy’s love for white sandy beaches and the ocean. He has fond memories of potluck gatherings on the beach with a variety of his family’s favorite dishes- a memory he hopes to create for you at the Beach House. Menus are subject to change.

Chef Gordon Hopkins

Born and raised on Oahu, Hopkins brings his years of experience abroad, his respect for the land and culture, and his understanding of bold island flavors to the forefront of Roy’s Beach House Hawaii inspired cuisine.
After leading the kitchen at Michel’s at the Colony Surf, opening Dolly Parton’s Dockside Plantation and most recently, overseeing Roy’s mainland venture as Director of Chefs, Yamaguchi’s original chef/partner will be responsible for running the lunch and dinner kitchen operation of the 180 seat indoor and outdoor open air beach side restaurant.

Since opening the flagship Roy’s restaurant in Hawaii Kai with Yamaguchi, Hopkins has traveled the world and participated in world class events like the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, World Gourmet Festival in St. Moritz, and the Cannes Film Festival in France. He has cooked side-by-side with some of the most highly regarded chefs in the world from legendary chef Paul Bocuse to celebrity chef and restaurateur Nobu Matsuhisa.
