Know Before You Go

Welcome to Oʻahu's North Shore and the first-ever Palm Tree Music Festival in Hawaiʻi. Please read through the information below to get festival ready.

Valet and Self-parking (additional fees apply) at the resort is limited to registered guests staying overnight at Turtle Bay Resort. 

For those utilizing rideshare options, please proceed to the main entrance for pick-up and drop-off. Please note, taxi and rideshare services are limited on the North Shore, so you'll want to plan ahead when you're traveling to/from the resort.

The festival venue is located at the Stables and is a 10-minute walk from the main resort building. For your safety, please follow the marked walking paths to/from the festival. 

If you purchased a room package that included tickets to the Palm Tree Music Festival, they will be available at check-in.

We encourage you to plan ahead for your journey to the festival!

Event parking and rideshare will be available. For those utilizing rideshare options, there will be designated rideshare lanes upon arrival/departure. Please be advised that rideshare options after the event may be limited, so we encourage you to plan accordingly.

See below for the transportation map that highlights the multiple areas for ample parking, along with the specific drop off location for rideshare – just steps away from the main entrance to the festival.

To make your arrival as seamless as possible, parking passes must be purchased in advance. Passes are available for each individual date and may be purchased online using these links: Friday Parking, Saturday Parking

A dedicated parking pass to any of our event lots are available for purchase for $20. Please note that your parking pass will ONLY grant you access for 1 day. If you are a ticket holder for either a 2-Day GA or VIP pass, then you must purchase parking passes for both Friday and Saturday.

Parking gates open at 3 PM and closes at 12 midnight. Entrance will be located at Kawela Bay. Please follow the signs along Kamehameha Highway. No tailgating, overnight parking, or camping will be allowed. Resort Parking is limited to registered guests staying overnight.

For those utilizing rideshare options, there will be designated rideshare lanes upon arrival/departure. 

Please be aware that rideshare options after the event will be limited, so please plan your journey accordingly! We encourage you to schedule your rides in advance to ensure that you are able to safely arrive and return from the Palm Tree Festival.

When scheduling your ride, please use the below coordinates in the Uber/Lyft apps as your drop-off/pick up location. This will ensure your drop off/pick up is as close as possible to the event gates!

Palm Tree Music Festival and all patrons must adhere to the following policies:

  • Bag Policy - Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to camera bags, coolers, backpacks, duffel bags, and luggage of any kind. Permitted bags include: cinch sacks, small backpacks, fanny packs and purses, and may not exceed 12” x 12”. Any deviation from this policy must be pre-approved by the festival. More information on allowed and prohibited items may be found below.
  • Alcohol Policy - Alcohol will only be served on the east side of the venue in the 21+ only section.  All alcoholic beverages may only be consumed in the 21+ section, and will not be allowed into the 18+ section. 
  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Those ages 21+ will receive a designated wristband indicating they are of legal drinking age. The 21+ wristband will be required to enter the designated 21+ section, and to purchase alcoholic beverages. 
  • Screening Procedures - All patrons will be screened via one or a combination of the following techniques: Handheld metal detection wands or pat downs.
  • Event tickets/parking passes (if applicable)
  • Proper attire (sunscreen, appropriate shoes, sunglasses)
  • Valid government-issued photo ID
  • GOOD VIBES!
  • Official Palm Tree Festival Merchandise will be available in partnership with Aviator Nation at the merch tents

  • Items that have been confirmed as turned in may be picked up from The Republik Box Office Tuesday-Friday from the hours of 10 AM to 1 PM 

Palm Tree Music Festival takes the safety of their patrons seriously and has designated multiple medical rover groups who will be actively walking the festival grounds. Additionally, you may seek medical help at our designated First Aid Station, located across the merch vendors on the East side of the 18+ area. 

If you see someone in need of help, please alert one of our roaming medical groups or any personnel at the First Aid Station.

There’s nothing like the thrill of the ride and the feel of the ocean around you. To do it alongside local experts in the pristine waters of the North Shore is a surf experience that can’t be topped. Ticket holders enjoy a special rate of $99 per person.
