Experience our weekly dinner show, where the spirit of the Paniolo, or Hawaiian cowboy, comes to life. Join us amidst the stables for an outdoor celebration of Hawaiian culture, indulge in locally-inspired dishes, enjoy live music and dance, and gather 'round to hear tales of the Paniolo way of life. As the sun sets, delight in a mesmerizing fire knife finale.

• The resort reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the show for weather or safety reasons. If there is heavy rain or the possibility of a storm, the luau may be relocated indoors or canceled. Refunds will not be issued if the luau is moved indoors.
• Any request for a refund 72 hours or more prior to the start of the event is honored with a full cash refund. There is no refund for no-shows.
